No. Ambivalence creates awkwardness. If you feel uncomfortable about getting a session, there’s probably a reason. Trust your gut. If you’re a grown man who’s comfortable with yourself and confident about getting the type of bodywork you want, we’ll probably be a good fit.

No. To ensure your comfort and the highest quality of service, all sessions take place at my location. I'm equipped with everything needed here, so I don't travel to homes or hotels. 

Hot Stones: Smooth, heated stones are integrated into the massage, allowing for deeper muscle relaxation and a soothing warmth that melts away tension. The heat increases circulation and can have a deeply calming effect on the nervous system.  

Thai Yoga Massage: This ancient healing system combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, and assisted stretching. Often described as "lazy person's yoga," it systematically moves and stretches the body to release tension, improve flexibility and range of motion, and balances energy flow.  

Cupping Therapy: Using specialized cups to create suction on the skin, this technique lifts superficial tissues, increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation, and releasing fascial restrictions. It can be particularly effective for addressing muscle tightness and pain.  

Ashiatsu: This unique modality utilizes my feet to deliver deep, broad, and consistent pressure that can address chronic tension and postural imbalances.

Out of respect for my time and other clients, a "no call, no show" will unfortunately result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

Please be aware that arriving late to your appointment will result in a session that is shortened by the equivalent amount of time. Conversely, if I am late, you will receive the full session time.

I kindly request as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling with one hour or less notice will require a deposit to secure your next booking.

To confirm your appointment, please reply to your confirmation message on the morning of your scheduled session. Failure to respond will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and a deposit will be required to schedule again.
